This policy explains how LegalMandi collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit legalmandi.in, create an account, purchase a listing or contact us.
Information We Collect
- Account and profile data: name, email, phone number, address, professional details, Bar Council information, profile images and documents submitted for verification.
- Transaction data: plan, amount, payment status and payment-provider references. Card, bank-login and UPI PIN details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by LegalMandi.
- Support data: messages, requests and correspondence sent to us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, referring page, pages viewed, searches, approximate location and cookie identifiers.
How We Use Information
- Operate accounts, review applications and publish approved directory profiles.
- Process payments, deliver purchased services and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Respond to support, privacy and security requests.
- Measure site performance, improve search results and protect the platform.
- Show and measure advertising when advertising is enabled.
Public Profile Information
An approved advocate profile is public. It may include the advocate's name, photo, phone or WhatsApp contact, professional details, location, practice areas, fee information and other profile content supplied for publication. Do not submit information you do not want publicly displayed.
Service Providers and Disclosures
We do not sell personal information. We may share the minimum necessary information with hosting, email, analytics, payment, security and advertising providers that help us operate the service; with authorities when legally required; or during a genuine business reorganisation subject to appropriate safeguards.
Google Analytics and Advertising
We may use Google Analytics and Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve and measure ads. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites.
